Sicilian Lasagne

Italian lasagna stuffed with a mixture of ground beef and other ingredients, topped with béchamel.

Procedure:
1. 1. fry the flour in butter and gradually add the milk, bring the béchamel to the boil, cook for about 10 minutes, season with salt and pepper
2. Fry the chopped onion, carrot cubes and meat in oil, pour in wine, add tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes, season the mixture with garlic, oregano, pepper and salt, bring to the boil, set aside
3. Spread a layer of béchamel on the bottom of the baking dish, place the lasagne, béchamel on top, then the meat mixture, mozzarella slices, ricotta and grated Parmesan, cover with the lasagne and continue, repeat the process
4. Spread the last layer of lasagne with béchamel and sprinkle with cheese
5. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C for 35-40 minutes.
