Sicilian Eggplant Pie

Salty cake made of roasted aubergines, minced meat and grated cheese, baked in the oven until golden brown.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Peel the aubergines and cut them into long lengthwise slices, fry them in oil until golden brown, then salt them
2. Grind the leftover cooked meat from the soup or pork or beef stew
3. Spread the roasted aubergines with the fat on the bottom of the baking dish and add the minced meat, which we drizzle with ketchup
4. Sprinkle everything with 5 tablespoons of grated cheese (if we have more ingredients, we can alternate the layers)
5. Beat the eggs, stir in the grated cheese and pour over the other ingredients
6. Bake the pie in a preheated oven at 200 °C until golden brown.
Recommendation:
Serve the pie hot!
