Cooked potatoes, groats and cracklings roasted in one pan together with garlic, onion, marjoram and other ingredients. Exactly as our grandmothers used to prepare shusprejt.

Procedure:
1. Cut the cooked, cooled potatoes into cubes
2. Fry the onion chopped in lard until golden brown, add the chopped potatoes, cooked groats and cracklings
3. Season with ground allspice, marjoram, salt and garlic
4. Stir and fry everything
5. Serve with sauerkraut or cucumber, chalamada.
