250 g warming chocolate 90 g solidified cooking fat 150 ml milk 150 g sugar 100 g walnuts (ground) 100 g solidified cooking fat 1 egg to taste rum flavouring,or rum 50 g raisins to taste for decoration, walnuts,almonds, candies

procedure

1.

Prepare the ingredients and utensils for the preparation of shuhaids.

Milk and sugar are boiled to a thread, walnuts ground, cooking fat, raisins, egg and rum flavor are added. Stir everything so that the egg does not curdle into a scrambled egg. Let cool.

Arrange the cupcakes.

Melt the solidified fat and chocolate in a bowl- prepare the frosting.

Start by putting a little chocolate on the bottom of the cupcake.

After it has set, put the cooled nut mixture into each cupcake.

Finally, add the chocolate frosting again. Garnish each cupcake with a walnut half, a ribbon, or colored candies for decorating.
