Shrimps in butter
ingredients
500 g unpeeled prawns 50 g salted butter 4 cloves garlic 1 tbsp parsley 1 tbsp sea salt
procedure
1. Bring salted water to the boil in a saucepan, add the prawns and simmer for about 7 minutes. Rinse the cooked prawns with cold water and peel them. 2. Melt the butter in a frying pan, add the prawns, salt, chopped parsley and crushed garlic. Sauté the prawns for a while and serve them with the seasoned butter stock.
