Shrimps after Spanish

Cooked prawns mixed with tomato sauce and whipped cream, baked with rice.

Ingredients:

6 dl shrimp (or canned) 3 dl whipping cream 250 g rice 40 g butter 1 pk onions 1 tbsp tomato puree ground pepper stock salt

Procedure:

1. Wash fresh live shrimp well with a small brush, drop into boiling broth, simmer for 10 minutes and let cool
2. Then remove the thin shell from the prawns, remove the meat from the tails and remove the casings
3. Boil the parboiled and steamed rice until tender in salted water, drain and leave to drain
4. Fry the finely chopped onion in hot butter, together with tomato puree, whipped cream and prawns
5. Season with salt and pepper, mix with rice, place in a baking dish and bake in a moderately heated oven for about half an hour.

Recommendation:

– Side dish: Vegetable salad.
