Shrimp with Curry and WW Yogurt

Here is the recipe for WW Curry Yogurt Shrimp, a good dish of shrimp topped with their light curry yogurt sauce, very quick and easy to make, best served with cooked rice or naan bread.
Ingredients for 2 people: – 1 SP / person –
250 g peeled shrimp 1 onion 1-2 teaspoons curry powder 150 g plain 0% yogurt 1 teaspoon mustard 1 clove garlic 1/2 teaspoon chopped ginger 1 pinch paprika 2 teaspoons oil salt, pepper
Preparation :
Peel and chop the onion and garlic then sauté in a pan with the oil for 4 minutes.
Add the spices and yogurt mixed with mustard, then sprinkle with half a glass of water, salt and pepper then let it evaporate.
Add the shrimp then let it cook for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring often.
Then serve your curried shrimp and yogurt dish with cooked rice.
