Shrimp Skewers

Giant prawns skewered on needles, marinated, grilled or fried in hot oil until golden brown.

Ingredients:

Range for 4 servings: 16 pcs frozen pre-cooked shrimp (tiger, giant … shrimps) oil salt For marinade: 2-3 tbsp olive oil 2 pieces garlic cloves 1 piece piece of ginger juice of 1/2 lemon a pinch of chili spice

Procedure:

1. Pour a little olive oil into a bowl, add grated ginger, crushed or pressed garlic, lemon juice and chilli spice
2. Stir in the marinade, cover the container with foil and put it in the fridge to marinate
3. Stuff the marinated prawns four at a time onto grill skewers, season with salt and grill on a well heated grill until golden brown on both sides, or you can sear them in hot oil.

Recommendation:

Serve as a side dish, for example, toasted baguettes and chickpea puree.
