80 g pre-cooked prawns 1 tbsp white wine 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 sprig sprig of thyme 1 pinch salt 1 pinch pepper 2 fresh dark wholemeal bread 1 handful chopped iceberg lettuce 1 tbsp Hellmann’s Mayonnaise Original

Extend your holiday with a quick sandwich.
1. Marinate shrimp in wine, lemon juice, light salt and pepper for at least 10 minutes. 2. Remove from the marinade and squeeze the marinade well out of the shrimp. 3. Spread half a tablespoon of Hellmann's mayonnaise on one slice of bread, place lettuce, shrimp, the other part of mayonnaise and sprinkle with thyme leaves. Cover with the second slice of bread.
