Shrimp salad sandwich recipe

You can never go wrong with a shrimp salad sandwich. This dish is perfect for a light lunch or as an appetizer. The best thing about this recipe is that it is so versatile. You can use any type of bread, whether it be a baguette, ciabatta, or even a wrap. The options are endless! As for the salad, you can add in any type of veggies that you have on hand. I like to add in some diced tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onions. You can also add in some chopped up bacon or avocado for an extra bit of flavor.

To make the shrimp salad, start by cooking your shrimp. I like to boiled mine, but you can also grilled or sautéed them. Once they are cooked, chop them up into bite-sized pieces and add them to a bowl along with the diced veggies of your choice. To this, add in some mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Give it all a good mix and then taste it to see if you need to adjust any of the seasonings.

To assemble the sandwiches, start by spreading some of the shrimp salad onto a slice of bread. Top this with some lettuce leaves and then another slice of bread. You can either leave the sandwiches as is or cut them into smaller pieces. Serve immediately
