Shrimp in hot sauce

Recipe from the show “VIP Prosteno” by Pavel Vitek for a spicy appetizer from Burma.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Place the peeled, roughly chopped onion, tomato paste, ground coriander, turmeric, chilli powder, chopped pitted hot peppers, fresh coriander, lemon juice and salt in a blender and blend for about 1 minute, if the blended mixture is too thick, dilute it with a little water
2. Heat the oil in a deep, round-bottomed frying pan or wok, reduce the heat slightly and add the blended mixture, stir-fry for 3-
5 minutes, or until the sauce has thickened slightly
3. At this stage, add the prawns and stir-fry them quickly with the heat source turned on to medium

Note:
Once the dish is well heated, divide it into individual portions, garnish with the rest of the fresh coriander and a quarter of a lime, and serve immediately.
