Shrimp curry
This recipe of shrimp curry and light and delicious, of Indian origin, it is very popular in Asia. The ingredients are easy to find and in general you can cook this dish all year round.
This dish is to be served with rice and a vegetable salad to have a complete meal. For those who do not like coconut milk you can simply remove it from the recipe.
Ingredients 4 parts:
120 g peeled shrimp 1 onion 5 cl coconut milk 1 tablespoon curry powder 1 teaspoon tomato paste Chopped coriander 1 tablespoon olive oil Salt and pepper
Preparation:
Start preparing this shrimp curry by peeling and slicing the onion, then put it in a wok with the oil for 5 minutes.
Pour the coconut milk into the wok and add the shrimp, curry powder and tomato paste then simmer for 10 minutes.
Serve this shrimp curry with rice then sprinkle with chopped coriander.
