Shrimp and Zucchini Bricks in Thermomix

Here is the recipe for shrimp and zucchini bricks in Thermomix, tasty crispy and light bricks, easy to make in the thermomix and perfect to serve as a gourmet appetizer or as small light evening dishes with a nice salad.

Ingredients:

8 sheets of brick 1 shallot 2 zucchini 120 g peeled shrimp 1 tablespoon Boursin garlic and herbs 30 g olive oil melted butter salt, pepper

Preparation in Thermomix:

Put the peeled shallot in the thermomix bowl, then blend for 6 seconds on speed 5.
Add the olive oil then 3 minutes at 100° on spoon speed.
Wash the zucchini then dice them.
Add the zucchini, salt and pepper then set 6 minutes at 100° on spoon speed/reverse direction.
Then add the shrimp and Boursin then set 6 minutes at 100° on spoon speed/reverse direction.
Gently unroll the brick sheets then cut them in half to get two half circles.
Fold them again to obtain a strip of brick and place the preparation on the half-sheets.
Fold the brick sheets to form a triangle.
Place the bricks on a baking sheet covered with baking paper, then brush with melted butter.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes at 180°C.
