Shrimp and salmon parmentier recipe

We present you a seasonal recipe, the recipe of the shepherd’s pie with shrimps and salmon. A recipe of the most sought after currently on the net. This delicious parmentier of the sea, is tasty, very easy to make and which changes from the traditional version.
You can use another fish than salmon, as long as it is a fish with white flesh, such as cod or bass. In this recipe we will use 0% cottage cheese at 0 point for lightness.
Ingredients for 6 people: – 5 SP / person –
600 g of potatoes 500 g of fresh salmon 180 ml of fresh cream with 4% of mg 100 of white cheese 0% 200 g of peeled shrimps 2 leeks 50 g of grated light Gruyere 1 tablespoon of olive oil chopped parsley salt, pepper
Preparation:
Start the preparation of this hash by peeling and chopping the leeks, then cut the salmon into pieces.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan then fry the leeks for 10 minutes, and add salt and pepper.
Then add the shrimp, salmon and parsley and cook for 5 minutes.Add the crème fraîche, then mix and cook for another 2 minutes.
Cook the potatoes in boiling water with a little salt for 25 minutes, then peel them and mash them with a fork. Add the cottage cheese, Gruyere cheese, salt and pepper then mix well.
Place the salmon and shrimp in a casserole dish then top with the prepared mashed potatoes.
Bake the shrimp and salmon hash for 25 to 30 minutes at 180° before serving with a salad.
