Procedure:
1. Rinse the pork leg under cold running water, dry and cut into cubes
2. Cut the tomatoes crosswise from the top, briefly scald with boiling water, cool with cold water and then peel them, cut into quarters
3. Peel the onion and cut it into thin rounds
4. Cut the bacon into cubes, cook it, add the fat and let it melt
5. Add salt, black and cayenne pepper
7. At this stage add the tomato quarters, about 1 dcl of hot water and the crumbled meat stock cube, stir, bring to the boil and simmer for a while
8. Finally, stir in the rice and cook until tender, season the dish with salt and hot paprika and pepper to taste.
