A very quick and filling dish of boiled eggs and a sauce of tomato puree, cream and other ingredients.

Procedure:
1. Heat butter in a large frying pan, dust with plain flour, fry, stir in ground pepper and pour in a little cold water
2. Stir in the tomato puree, simmer for about 15 minutes to make a thick sauce, season with salt and pepper to taste, add a little sugar and finally stir in the cream
