Semolina with cottage cheese and apples

8 pcs roll 1 liter milk 6 pcs egg 6 pcs apple 125 g butter 500 g cottage cheese pcs sugar pcs cinnamon pcs raisins

1.
Slice the croissants into rounds and dip them in a mixture of milk, sugar, 3 whole eggs and 3 egg yolks. Mix the cottage cheese with 4 tbsp sugar, add some raisins. Grate the apples, stir in the cinnamon, sugar and lemon juice.

Grease the tray with butter and lay a layer of rolls, top with apples and cottage cheese, finish with a layer of rolls, then place slices of butter on top. Pour the milk left over from soaking over the rolls.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius. C for about 50 minutes.
4.
Beat the remaining 3 egg whites with 2 tbsp of sugar. Spread over the bun before finishing baking and bake until golden for about 10 minutes more.
