Semolina with apricots

ingredients

6 pcs bun 500 ml milk 80 g powdered sugar 3 pcs egg 30 g butter 600 g apricot 1 packet vanillin sugar a little butter for greasing a little breadcrumbs to line the baking tray

procedure

1.

Slice the pears into slices. Mix the sugar and egg yolks together in the butter and add the melted butter. Pour all over the sliced buns and let the buns soak it all in.

Peel the apricots, halve and sprinkle with vanillin sugar.

Place one half of the buns in a greased baking dish. Place the halved apricots evenly on top of the buns and cover with the remaining bun mixture and place in the oven.
