Semolina gnocchi

From milk, butter , semolina, salt, eggs prepared dough, seasoned with nutmeg. Serve as a side dish with meat or stewed Vegetable Recipes, perhaps sprinkled with fried breadcrumbs.

Ingredients:

750 ml milk 380 g of semolina 80 g of butter 4 pcs eggplant ground nutmeg salt

Procedure:

1. Bring the milk to the boil, add the butter, lightly salt, add the semolina and stir until the resulting dough does not stick to the sides of the saucepan
2. Then let it cool down, stirring occasionally
3. Add a little nutmeg to the dough, gradually incorporate the beaten eggs and mix well
4. Put the cooked gnocchi in cold water for a while to partially solidify and then steam them.

Recommendation:

Cook the gnocchi in enough water to allow them to float freely.
