Semolina Dumplings

Sauce for soups made from milk, wheat flour and eggs.

Ingredients:

2 tablespoons milk 0.25 l wheat flour 50 g of fat 2 pcs of egg salt

Procedure:

1. Beat the fat with two egg yolks and only one egg white
2. Pour in 2 tablespoons of milk and add wheat semolina (0.25 l), salt to taste
3. Beat everything (about 10 minutes) 4. Let stand for an hour to let the dough rise
5. Cut small dumplings with a spoon and put them in the boiling soup for 15 minutes.

Recommendation:

If the semolina is not dry, we need to add a little more.
