Semolina dumpling baked

ingredients

3/4 liter milk 400 g semolina 80 g butter 4 pcs egg 120 g sugar 20 g raisins to taste vanilla sugar, lemon juice, salt

procedure

1. Add butter and salt to the milk and bring it to a boil. Stir in half the semolina and cook to a thick porridge. Stir the raisins, egg yolks, beaten egg whites, grated rind and the rest of the semolina into the cooled mixture. 2. Stir lightly, place in a greased tin and bake. Sprinkle the baked cake with vanilla sugar.
