Semi-wholemeal light bread

The recipe for light semi wholemeal sandwich bread, a tested and validated recipe, quite light easy and simple to prepare.
Ingredients: 14 slices: 250 g flour 150 g wholemeal flour 100 ml semi-skimmed milk 100 ml low-fat fresh cream Salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1 tablespoon baking powder 2 whole eggs Preparation:
Dilute the yeast in the warm milk, then mix all the ingredients, and knead for a few minutes.
Put the dough in a bowl cover and let rise for 1 hour minimum.
After this time rework the dough then form a loaf and place in a cake pan lined with parchment paper ( to avoid greasing the pan), cover with a tea towel and let rest for 30 minutes.
Badge your bread with a little milk and bake for 25 to 30 minutes at 180°.
Divide your semi wholemeal sandwich bread into 14 slices.
