Another variant of the classic goulash recipe originally from Hungary.
Ingredients:

Procedure:
1. Fry finely chopped onion in hot half batch of lard and add diced meat
2. Stir-fry them on all sides, sprinkle with ground pepper, stir, pour a little hot water and simmer until almost tender
3. Add the cabbage to the meat, thicken it with plain flour dissolved in cream, season with salt and simmer until tender.
Recommendation:
Side dish: Mushroom dumpling, boiled potatoes or bread.
