Scrambled Goulash

Goulash made from two types of meat – beef and pork shoulder, stewed in onion and a mixture of spices, thickened with plain flour at the end.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the meat into cubes, salt and pepper
2. Fry the chopped onion and finely chopped garlic in lard, add the kielbasa, sprinkle with red sweet and hot paprika and cumin
3. After 30 minutes, add the shoulder, a few tablespoons of tomato puree (to taste), pour in the rest of the stock and simmer covered until both meats are tender, approximately 20-30 minutes more
5. Finally, dust the stew lightly with flour, season with spices if necessary, add salt and cook for 5 more minutes.
