Scrambled Eggs with Onions

Scrambled eggs fried in onion, sprinkled with finely chopped chives.

Ingredients:

Rule for 4 servings: 12 pcs of eggplant 80 g onion 70 g fat food ground red pepper salt

Procedure:

1. Fry finely chopped onion in fat
2. Pour the beaten, slightly salted eggs over the onions
3. Stir gently until the mixture thickens
4. Transfer the eggs to a plate, sprinkle with red pepper and rinsed, finely chopped chives
5. Serve immediately.

Recommendation:

Serve fresh bread as a side dish.
