Procedure:
1. 1. Beat in the egg, wait until the whites are slightly curdled, then begin to scramble the egg
3. Add salt, once the yolks have pulled slightly, remove the pan from the heat source and immediately transfer the eggs to a plate (if left on the pan, the temperature of the pan will further fry the eggs and thus dry them out!) and serve.
Recommendation:
Whoever likes completely yellow scrambled eggs, simply whisk the yolks and whites nicely before placing them in the pan, perhaps in a cup with a fork.
