Scrambled eggs with avocado recipe
Ingredients
2 servings 1 small onion 2 tsp has slo 4 eggs 2 cups of cheddar cheese parsley or coriander 1 avocado, until ripe
Recipe preparation steps
1 Peel the onion and chop it up. Cut the avocados in half, remove the stone, peel and cut into small cubes. In a bowl, beat the eggs with the grated cheddar cheese, season with salt and pepper. Heat the butter in a frying pan and add the onion. After about two minutes, beat in the egg. Leave on the heat until the eggs are set. Remove from the heat and stir in the sliced avocado.
