Scrambled eggs fried in butter, sprinkled with finely chopped chives or parsley.

Procedure:
1. Pour the beaten, slightly salted eggs into the melted butter
2. Stir slowly until the mixture thickens slightly
3. Transfer the eggs to a plate, sprinkle with a little red pepper, garnish with finely chopped (chopped) chives or parsley and serve immediately.
