Scones with semolina

600 g boiled potatoes in skin 200 g coarse flour 1 tsp salt 1 pk egg 200 g lumpy curd 50 g butter to taste fruit

1. Peel and strain the cooked and cooled potatoes. Add the coarse flour, salt, egg and make a dough. 2. On a board, make the dough into peelings, which you cook in salted boiling water. When they float to the surface, drain them and put them in a bowl. 3. Sprinkle the cottage cheese over the peelings. Pour the melted butter over the cheesecake, stir, garnish with fruit and serve.
