Savoury zucchini cake

800 g young zucchini 400 g semi-coarse flour 1 packet baking powder 300 g hard cheese 100 ml vegetable oil 6 pk egg 1 pk medium onion 6 cloves garlic salt, ground black pepper dried marjoram, parsley

Cesto: peel the zucchini, take out the centre and grate on a grater on larger tears. Place in a bowl, add beaten eggs, grated hard cheese, sifted flour mixed with baking powder, oil, finely chopped onion, pressed garlic, add ground black pepper to taste, marjoram, chopped parsley and salt to taste.

Mix everything well, let it sit for a while to let the flavours combine.

Line a 30×40 cm deep baking tray with baking paper and spread the prepared dough. Bake at 200°C for 30 minutes, or until golden brown if desired. Brush the surface with melted butter after baking. Allow to cool slightly and cut. Serve with garlic dressing, but it tastes delicious without it! Enjoy!
