Savoury porridge of kohlrabi, onions and tomatoes

ingredients

400 g cleaned kohlrabi 1 pk red onion 2 pk tomato 1 pk coconut oil 1 pk garlic 1/2 pk chinese pepper 1/2 pk basil 1 tbsp full fat mustard pk salt pk black ground pepper pk sunflower seeds for garnish

procedure

1. Clean the Vegetable Recipes, cut them into small cubes and fry them in coconut oil. 2. After about 5 minutes, cover with 3 dl of water (and baste with water), season with all the spices (chop the garlic finely) and simmer until tender. Once cooked, blend the mixture until semi-solid, so that there are small pieces of Vegetable Recipes left. 3. Finally, stir in the mustard and garnish with the seeds on the plate. Serve either as a side dish with the main course or as a light supper. Enjoy!
