Savoury pancake

The pancake is good in my savoury version. You can use your imagination in unlimited ways, just like with pizza.

Ingredients for the bun

1 litre of red milk 3 eggs 4-5 dl of wheat flour 1 generous splash of olive oilsalt and pepper pine nuts, toasted

Onion Salami Tarte

2 yellow onions (sliced and browned) 1 bunch of salami

Mozzarella and spinach dish

3 handfuls of fresh spinach&or 1 pss frozen spinach 1 ball of sliced mozzarella

Place the milk in a bowl and add the eggs and whisk. Add the spices.

Add the flour slowly, 4-5 dl, whisking constantly. Finally, add the oil. Leave to rise for 15 minutes.

Oven preheat to 200°C and turn down the heat. Pour the pancake batter onto a high-sided baking tray lined with baking paper.

Place the desired toppings and bake for 20-30 minutes. Be careful not to overcook the pancake.

After baking, the pancake should rest for at least 15 minutes. You can then toast the pancake with pine nuts.
