1 pk leek 280 g plain flour 1 pk baking powder DrOetker 25 g grated hard cheese 25 g fresh chives 150 g chopped ham 1 pk egg 300 ml white cream yoghurt 55 g butter

Excellent savoury muffins.
1.
Fry the leeks in a little oil for about 2 minutes and leave to cool

In a large bowl, sift the flour, add the baking powder, cheese, chives, leeks and half the ham. In another bowl, beat the egg, stir in the yogurt and melted butter.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients. Stir until the ingredients are combined.
4.
Place the dough in a silicone mold or a mold with paper cupcakes.
5.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius. C for 20 minutes Serve hot or cold.
