Savoury courgette cake with caramelised onions

220 g spelt plain flour 150 ml water 1/2 KL salt 1 tbsp oil

Filling

1 pk zucchini 2 pk onion 1 tbsp sugar 2 tbsp oil 3 pk egg 1 cup milk 3 cloves garlic 1/2 cup parmesan 1.5 tbsp spelt plain flour 1 tbsp oregano 2 tbsp salt ground black pepper

1. Knead the flour, salt, oil and water into a dough and place in a greased and floured tin. 2. Prick the dough all over and place in the oven for 10-12 minutes at 200 degrees. 3. Melt the sugar in the oil and add the onion. Sauté over a gentle heat for about 10-15 minutes until the onions are nicely browned. 4. Beat the eggs with the milk. 5. Add the crushed garlic, flour, grated Parmesan cheese, oregano and 6. Finely grate the zucchini and pour in the egg-cheese mixture. Season with salt to taste. I put about 2 KL salt. 7. Place the caramelized onions on the pre-baked crust and pour the zucchini mixture. 8. Bake for 45-55 minutes at 200 degrees. 9. Bon appetit!
