Sausages with prunes and bacon

Cut sausages smeared with mustard and filled with plums, wrapped with bacon, then grilled.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the sausages lengthwise, about 3/
4 deep
2. Then brush with Dijon mustard, place 3 prunes in each and press firmly
3. With a metal kitchen spatula, make the bacon slices as thin as possible, then wrap the sausages tightly to hold their shape
4. Grill the sausages on a hot grill for about 15-18 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are evenly brown and thoroughly cooked through, then serve immediately.
