Sausages on black beer

Roasted sausages in beer mixture, garnished with onion rings and chopped hot peppers.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Cut the sausages (first in half lengthwise, then cut them in half crosswise), fry them briefly in hot oil and remove them
2. Fry the peeled onion in the fat, add ketchup, grated garlic, a pinch of chilli, pour black beer over everything, boil and add back the fried sausages

Recommendation:
The garlic and chilli should be used judiciously according to the taste of the sausages.
