Sausages in crispy batter

Purple sausages coated in potato batter, baked until golden brown.

Ingredients:

200 g of boiled potatoes 200 g smooth flour 100 g of baking fat 1 teaspoon of baking powder 16 pcs foots of fine sausage 1 pcs

td>eggs roller yolk for rubbing crushed cumin for sprinkling

Procedure:

1. Grate the cooked peeled potatoes and put them in a bowl
2. Add the flour, softened fat, eggs, baking powder and make a dough, roll it out on a floured roll into a sheet and cut it into 16 strips about 2 cm wide and 25 cm long with a ruler
3. Wrap a sausage leg in each strip of dough, brush with beaten egg yolk, sprinkle with crushed cumin, spread on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven until golden brown
4. Sausages are delicious hot or cold, accompanied by mustard or ketchup.
