Sausage puff pastry puffs

ingredients

1 packet puff pastry 1 pk sausage 100 g cheese 1 pk egg

I had the dough chilled, pre-cooked, so it was really lightning fast for lunch or for a visitor 😉

1.

Cut the sausage.

2.

Roll out the puff pastry thinly.

3.

Cut out rounds slightly larger than the sausage.

4.

Place sausage, sprinkle with a little cheese.

5.

Brush with beaten egg and bake at 200degrees for about 10-15minutes depending on the oven.
