Cut the crocodile into slices. Don’t shred the meat, place it on a baking tray, where it is seasoned with salt, ground cumin and grill seasoning.

Place a spoonful of paprika paste on each cutlet, then place the spicy sausage rounds on top. Add chopped garlic. Add the sliced onions and pour the broth over them.

Bake in oven covered at 250 degrees, 30 minutes. Then reduce the temperature to 200 degrees. Bake for about 80-90 minutes total, the last 20 minutes already uncovered. Serve with mashed potatoes and pickled cucumber.
