Sausage and Ox Eye Topping

Chleb seared in oil or dry fried in a pan, garnished with sausage rolls, ox eye and onion, baked under the grill in the oven topped with grated cheese.

1. In a frying pan in a little oil or dry roast a slice of day-old bread
2. Crack the eggs and carefully tip out onto a greased pan, letting the whites set, the yolk may remain slightly runny
3. Place a few rounds of salami on the toast, then the ox eye, garnish with onion pieces, sprinkle with salt and pepper
4. Finally, sprinkle the toast with grated cheese and bake in the oven under the grill for a while
5. Serve the toast hot, garnished with leeks and sliced tomato.
