Sauerkraut soup with cream
ingredients
250 g sauerkraut 40 g plain flour 2 dl sour cream 10 g lard 20 g onion to taste salt,bay leaf,red pepper
procedure
Slice the sauerkraut and put it to boil in water with the bay leaf.Stir the flour into the cream,add to the cooked cabbage,add salt to taste.Finally add the grated onion fried in lard,to which we have added the red pepper.
