Satay Sauce

This Asian peanut sauce is great with roasted or grilled meat, Vegetable Recipes or fish. It is served both hot and cold.

Ingredients:

125 ml of coconut milk 125 ml boiling water 60 ml peanut oil 140 g peanut oil 1/2 tsp ground cumin 1/4 teaspoon of turmeric 2 tablespoons sweet soy sauce 1 tbsp fish sauce 2 pcs garlic cloves 1 pcs long chili peppers

Procedure:

1. Place peanut oil, peeled garlic cloves, cleaned chillies, dry roasted peanuts, ground cumin seeds, turmeric, soy and fish sauce, coconut milk, hot water in the bowl of a food processor
2. Blend everything into a thick sauce, let it sit for a while, then serve it slightly warmed or even cold with roasted and grilled meats, Vegetable Recipes and fish.
