1. Boil the parboiled rice in salted water until tender and drain
2. Boil the lettuce leaves briefly in salted water, remove and drain
3. Mix the finely minced meat with the cooked rice, egg, salt, spices, finely chopped and fried in 1 tablespoon of oil onion, diced bacon and crushed garlic
