120 g butter 1 can sardines 1 pk onion 4 pk hard-boiled egg to taste salt a little lemon juice a little Worchester sauce a little chopped parsley
procedure

Add the boned sardines, mashed with a fork, to the creamed butter; mix them well with the oil from the tin, which is added to the mixture progressively, with the finely chopped onions and the grated eggs.

Salt, temper with lemon juice and season with Worcestershire sauce. Garnish with parsley.
