Sardine spread with chives

ingredients

1 can sardines in oil 40 g vegetable butter 1 pk onion 2 pk hard-boiled egg to taste salt a little lemon juice to taste full fat mustard a little chopped chives

procedure

Mix the boneless sardines with the vegetable butter, add the finely chopped onion and the poached egg. Season to taste with salt, a drizzle of lemon juice and a teaspoon of mustard. Serve on black bread sprinkled with chives.
