1 can sardines in oil 40 g butter 1 pk onion to taste full fat mustard 1 pk hard boiled egg to taste salt a little lemon juice a little ground sweet paprika
procedure
1.
Bone the sardines as desired and mix with butter or vegetable fat. Add finely chopped onion, a teaspoon of mustard, chopped or poached hard-boiled egg, salt, lemon juice and a little paprika.
