1 pk Gervé cheese 3 pk sardines in oil 1 pk onion a little salt a little lemon juice
procedure
1.
Mix the jerky with the oil, add the sardines and mix until smooth. Season with finely chopped onion, salt and lemon juice.

The fish bones contain calcium and are therefore healthy, so there is no need to remove them, but they should be thoroughly mashed. Spread on slices of bread.
