Sandwich with smoked salmon

8 sunflower bread 200 g smoked salmon 1 pk lime 4 pk tomatoes 1 pk arugula 1 pk parsley 1 pinch of ground black pepper 1 tbsp Hellmann’s Original Mayonnaise

1. Slice the sunflower bread into one-inch slices and spread Hellmann's mayonnaise on the bottom slice. 2. Next, place the smoked salmon pieces, drizzle with lime juice, season with pepper, add tomato slices, arugula leaves, sprinkle with chopped parsley and cover with the second slice of bread.The smoked salmon is salty on its own, so the sandwich does not need to be salted any further. 3. Try stirring a little chopped fresh dill into the mayonnaise. This always goes hand in hand with salmon.
