Samosas is a very popular appetizer or side dish in Indian cuisine.
Ingredients:
Procedure:
1. Sauté peeled and finely chopped onion in a pan with hot oil for 1 minute, then add other spices, herbs, chopped tomatoes and a little salt
2. After another minute, add the minced meat, stir it up and simmer it under a lid, over low heat, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally during cooking and adding more oil if the mixture seems too dry
3. Finally, season the meat with salt and leave to cool
4. Cut 24 rounds of the rolled out puff pastry about 10 cm in diameter
5. Fold the round in half, brush the edges with beaten egg yolk, then press them well so that the filling does not leak out
7.
Note:
Samosas also come in triangle shapes. In this case, instead of making circles, cut out triangles and close them on two sides, then fill the third side of the bag.
