Salty pie with feta and ham

Feta, ham and sour cucumbers in a perfect savoury tart.

Cut the cucumbers, peppers and ham into smaller cubes and crumble the cheese over the top.

Prepare a 35×25 baking sheet, grease it with a little oil and flour it.

In one bowl, whisk the eggs. Add the salt, milk and oil and stir again.

In another bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder. Add to the eggs and mix everything well with a mixer.

Add the ham, peppers and cucumber and the crumbled cheese. Use a spoon to mix everything together.

Pour onto a baking tray and bake for 35-40 min at 200 degrees.
